We are looking for a data-driven, business-savvy individual to join our Pricing Strategy & Analytics team as a Senior Pricing Analyst! We are seeking a professional who enjoys working with large data sets, solving complex problems, and influencing business outcomes in fast-moving environments, blending technical and strategic skills

As a Sr. Pricing Analyst, your focus will be on real-time pricing and yield optimization. You’ll use market data, internal signals, and advanced analytics to help improve pricing decisions across modes, regions, and customer segments. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.

DEPARTMENT: Pricing Strategy and Analytics

LOCATION: Chicago, hybrid

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Develop data-backed pricing strategies for spot and short-term freight prices

  • Analyze marketplace dynamics, including supply/demand imbalances and rate volatility

  • Monitor and adjust pricing levers to improve results per load

  • Work with internal teams to evaluate short-term pricing opportunities and test hypotheses

  • Build tools and dashboards that support fast, data-informed decision making

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years in pricing, analytics, or strategic roles (preferably in logistics or transportation)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and data structures (data analysis tools as a plus)

  • Strong communication skills and an effective team player

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, balancing priorities

$80,000 - $100,000 a year

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise. In addition to your base compensation offer , you will also receive stock options and benefits listed below.
